Terms of Use

Effective October 10, 2026

The short version: Sticky Picks teaches and tracks. It doesn't tell you what to buy, and nothing here is a promise of profit. Every purchase and sale is your decision and your risk, and you follow the rules of the stores you buy from, eBay and your tax authority.

These terms are an agreement between you and Sticky Picks ("we", "us") for using stickypicks.com and the Sticky Picks member app. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Sticky Picks.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. One person per account. Give us a real email address you control, because it is how we confirm a request really comes from you.

Education, not advice

Sticky Picks is educational. Nothing on the site or in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any specific item. Worked examples on the home page are made up to show the math and are labeled as examples. Flips on the live board come from members' own ledgers. We don't verify them, and they aren't typical or guaranteed results. Many price-error orders are canceled, and you can lose money.

Your responsibilities as a buyer and reseller

Sticky Picks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Sam's Club, Woot, Kohl's, Zapier or any other company named on the site. Their names belong to their owners.

Your account

Keep your password and your Zapier secret ID private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you sign in with Google, keeping your Google account secure is part of keeping your Sticky Picks account secure. If you think someone else has access, change your password and tell us. We may disable an account that breaks these terms, puts other members or the service at risk, or that the law requires us to close.

Your content

Your ledger, notes and images stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to run Sticky Picks for you. If you turn sharing on, you also give us permission to show the shared details (product name, image, store, prices, profit per unit, sold comp prices, and the expected sale price and profit worked out from your comps, target price or bundle price) on the public board for as long as sharing stays on for that product. If you join the members leaderboard, you give us permission to show your display name and profit totals to other signed-in members. If you share a win card, you give us permission to host it at a public link. Leaderboard ranks and win cards are just for fun: they come from your own entries, we don't verify them, and they aren't prizes, offers or promises of results. Only upload images you took yourself or have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, hateful or explicit.

Numbers in your ledger, including profit and eBay fees, are calculated from what you enter and what Zapier sends us. Check them against your eBay and bank records before relying on them, especially for taxes.

Zapier and eBay connections

Connecting eBay works through a Zap you build and run in your own Zapier account. Zapier and eBay are third-party services with their own terms, and they can change or stop working at any time. We aren't responsible for missed, late or wrong orders that come from them.

Fair use

Don't try to break into accounts or systems, get around rate limits or security, overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or malware. Don't copy or resell the Sticky Picks site or app itself.

Changes to the service

Sticky Picks is free to use right now. We may add, change or remove features, add paid plans, or stop the service. If we stop it, we will try to give members reasonable notice so they can copy their data. If we introduce charges, we will tell you before anything costs you money.

No warranty

Sticky Picks is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sticky Picks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, canceled orders, unsold inventory, account actions taken by eBay or any retailer, or tax consequences, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about Sticky Picks is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you bought, sold, uploaded or did in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will post a notice in the app before they take effect. Using Sticky Picks after that means you accept the new terms.

The rest

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given it up. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Sticky Picks.
